Lake District Wild Camping Photography Workshops
My Lake District wild camping photography workshops are one of the best way to experience the freedom of being in the mountains, whilst capturing the beautiful sunsets and sunrises of the Lakeland Fells. We will hopefully get the opportunity to practice some astrophotography (clear skies permitting).
These workshops are designed for the beginner and amateur landscape photographer who want to take their photography to the next level, whilst experiencing the wonder of wild camping high up in the Lakeland fells.
We will cover the following topics :-
Use of manual modes
Depth of field
Use of filters vs exposure blending
Shooting in Raw format, and a crash course and workflow for editing in Adobe Lightroom
You will also learn how to look after yourselves in the mountains by learning about route finding, map reading, camp craft and the ethics of wild camping.
These workshops can be tailored to your needs and requirements, so please get in touch. Otherwise I have a few pre-arranged options to choose from below.
Camping gear included, if required, will be tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, cooking equipment and head torch. You will need to bring your own rucksack, boots (good waterproof hiking boots) waterproof coat and trousers, your camera gear etc. I will email a full kit list upon booking.
