Wild camping photography workshop
The wild camping photography workshop is the best way to experience the freedom of being in the mountains and the best way to capture the beautiful sunsets and sunrises from high up in the Lakeland fells. Most people don’t get to capture those special moments as the best time is often an hour after sunset or an hour before sunrise. We will also hopefully look at some astrophotography (clear skies permitting) This workshop is designed beginner and amateur landscape photographer who wants to take their photography to the next level. We will look at aspects like composition, focusing, depth of field, the use of filters and I will also give you a crash course and a workflow method for Adobe Lightroom after we come off the hill. You will also learn how to look after yourselves in the mountains by learning about route finding, map reading, camp craft and the ethics of wild camping.
I can tailor these workshops to your needs and requirements so please get in touch. Otherwise I have a few pre arranged options to choose from.
Camping gear included if required will be tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, cooking equipment and head torch. You will have to bring your own rucksack, boots (good waterproof hiking boots) waterproofs top and bottom, your camera gear etc. I will email a full kit list upon booking.
£175 for up to 2 people, up to a maximum of 4 £250
